This week marked our one year anniversary for chocolate pairing parties. To celebrate…..of course we HAD to party!
More often than not our famous parties are ladies only and boast the name of “Ladies Chocolate Salon”. Here, groups of girls indulge in chocolate and drinks like no ones looking. They come from all over to gab it up with their friends, learn about the art of chocolate tasting and hopefully meet new chocolate lovers along the way.
We usually concentrate on beer or wine and once, even threw cocktails into the mix.. For each party we enjoy4 to 5 parings of chocolate and suitable mate, whether it be Merlot or Stout and everyone goes home happy.
Thanks to all the Ladies who made this past year great, Cheer’s to all the perfect paring’s for each palate, and may the next year be stronger than the last!

how would go about hosting their own??
where have they been before??
I usually host them at my house for my friends and family, or am hired to host them at other people’s houses or business around town. If you live in a different area you can purchase a kit for instructions and tips on hosting your own party. You have the option to order my truffles for the tasting or seek out other brands of chocolate. I can’t guarantee perfect results with other chocolates but sometimes the experimenting is half the fun, its up to you. You can also help offset the cost by asking guests to pitch in for alcohol.
